Who's Behind NCM?

I'm Damien Nash — originally from the border country of North Louth and South Armagh, now splitting my time between Belgium and Ireland.

I started with my hands. Trained as a carpenter under a Norwegian master craftsman, worked sites from the ground up, and earned my understanding of construction the hard way. That trade foundation never left me, and it's still at the core of how NCM approaches construction services today — quality work, done properly, by someone who knows the difference. 

When I walk onto a site I'm not reading from a checklist. I understand the pressure a foreman is under, I know what corners get cut and why, and I know how to fix it without making enemies.

I moved into EHS leadership because I saw too many safety systems that looked good on paper and meant nothing on the ground. NCM exists to change that by providing practical, honest compliance that actually works for the people doing the job.
